Do you have a minimum commission cost?
No, we do not have a minimum cost, but we do have a minimum model count. Our minimum is 3 infantry models or a singular large model at Level 1, or a minimum of 1 character at Level 2.
Are you able to take models that are able to be repainted, either stripping and redoing or adding details on the top?
Yes, we are able to repaint/strip models. Depending on the size of the commission, this may incur an additional cost.
Do you sell just custom bases?
At this time no, because each base is custom built to a model to ensure models sit flush on the base. We do hope to eventually offer this service though, with some modification!
What if a color I want for the model is a color you do not own.
This is not an issue at all! We will simply pick up the color and add it to our ever growing collection. This will not increase the cost for you in any way.
What is the average turnaround time?
Normal turnaround time is anywhere from two to six weeks, depending on the size of the commission. Be sure to look at our information on Waiting List in Terms & Conditions
