WarGlamour offers three painting tiers titled Level 1, Level 2, & Level 3. We consider every painting tier offered to be a different level of premium painting quality.

Each painting tier has a specific process formula that every painter working on a WarGlamour commission has agreed to.
Each completed paint work goes through a quality control process within WarGlamour to ensure the quality matches up to our minimum standard requirement. It is only once this has passed that a completion email will be sent to the client.

Our painting service is a mandatory service within our commission process, and reserve the right to refuse to send an enquiry to any client not wishing to include our painting service in their commission.
Any details of the painting process, including but not limited to techniques used, paints used and equipment used will not under any circumstances be disclosed to the client.

There are two options available:

• You can assemble the models yourself.
• Have us assemble the models.

Assembly includes cleaning up the miniatures, deburring and assembly of the different parts and bits.
In addition, as a bonus, we can prime the model, remove mold lines, drill holes in cannons and exhaust pipes, fill in the gaps of the larger models with putty and use of materials and tools for this process according to our evaluation. Furthermore, if necessary, we can pin the different elements/limbs of the miniature.
**Notice that these bonuses may require an extra charge depending on each case. You will be notified before applying any extra costs asking for your permission.

We do prefer that clients use this service as it allows us to be a part of every section of the process, however we understand that some clients will already have started building their models, which is why this part of the service is optional. We must be made aware at the point of enquiry whether you would like us to build & clean your models or if they are already built & cleaned by the client. If the client opts to not use our building & cleaning service, we require that models are sent in having been fully built and cleaned to the WarGlamour standard.

The WarGlamour standard of building and cleaning includes but is not limited to:

• All model parts to be fully cut from their sprue
• No sprue join marks to be visible on the model
• No gaps between model parts that are intended to be fully connected & closed
• All mold lines to be fully cleaned
• All areas that have been cleaned are to be smooth

If a client does not request our building & cleaning service but sends models into the we consider as not meeting our requirements as laid out above, WarGlamour will assess the condition of the models, and give the client the following options of how to proceed; the client may pay the necessary building and cleaning charges (a), the client may request the models be sent back and the commission cancelled (b), the client may request the models be return but the commission commences with the purchase of new models (c).

Please see our commission cancellations section within these terms below for further details on option (b).

In the event that the client chooses option (c), a model supply cost will need to be issued by us and paid by the client in order for the commission to go ahead.

WarGlamour reserves the right to cancel a commission and return the models to the client if we consider the models not to be of suitable condition for us to work on. The client does not need to agree with the evaluation of the models’ condition for this cancellation to take place.

For further realism we can drill weapon barrels and exhaust pipes. This is done before we begin painting so please include this in your quote request.

We also offer weapon or arm magnetizing options so you can easily swap out wargear options.
